The primary school building of Ilitimur, Timor Leste, is finally finished! After laying the cement floor and building half the walls, the local people had to leave the rest of the project due to insufficent funds. Tom and Rusty from Kununurra Rotary organised for the rest of  the walls and the roof to be physically finished by the Rotary Club of Margaret River in November (who also provided school supplies for the kids). Rotary's work towards the local water tank, well, and cattle trough for the Timor Leste village Ilitimur is finally paying off with everything falling into place. The Rotary Club of Margaret River provided the physical labour to make this project happen; high school leaders flew over to provide the hands-on work which was a fantastic opportunity for them.

Julien wrote this letter update to Bruce Livett and Kununurra Rotary in late November and attached a range of photos to put a picture to the project.
